....Great stars are not made, they are born....... Che Fontaine was born and raised in the city of Philadelphia. Growing up she discovered her talents in singing, dancing, acting, and modeling. As Fontaine grew older she developed passions for all and decided to take her career goals to a new level. She studied her crafts by attending Freedom Theater and The Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts. Being blessed with the gift of song was not enough for the Philadelphia songstress. She wanted to learn more about music and attended the Germantown Settlement School of Music. Here is where she developed a knowledge of music theory and composition. Originally coming from the group Unlimited (as one of the lead singers and writers) Che has decided to branch off to become a solo artist. Writing her own songs has always been second nature for this young talented lady. Che Fontaine's music style is combined with R&B, Hip Hop, and Rock. Since then Che Fontaine has worked musically doing background vocals and writing and singing hooks for many local singers and rappers.
