Winter 2010: Status Update

Once again I transmit to you from Omega Central, a bunker some 13 and a half feet below the surface of the earth, to update you all on the current status of pilgrimOmega.
I'm still writing material all the time, and working on stuff for PXL80R , the follow up full length album to the E.P. THE RADIO UNDER THE PILLOW, which is due to be released sometime in the near future. I've said it before but it's gotta be truer now than it was then, right?
In the meantime, I've been able to get the name of pilgrimOmega around a little bit since last update.
The EP mix of Beaujolais & String Theory appears on Montreal netlabel pertin-nce's compilation THANKS FOR TOMORROW, with proceeds going to various charitable causes.
I also contributed a remix of the track DEMON for the VILE EVILS. It appears on both the digital and CD versions of the Vile Evils + Pop Will Eat Itself: Demon (feat. Clint Mansell) / Axe of Men 2010 available now at http://www.dpulsedigital.com/
Working with the VILE EVILS has definitely been a highlight of my career. Graham and Adam were both in POP WILL EAT ITSELF, one of my favorite bands of all time .., and one of the most influential on my musical interests.
Though the VILE EVILS have now split under amicable circumstances, Graham is now resurrecting PWEI and it seems the rabid and loyal PWEI fans are coming round to the idea as well. I am looking forward to the future of this project!
I guess that's all for now. I have to cycle the oxygen tanks and demagnatize the detection grid before my wife comes in with the supply mule, or she'll kick my ass.
