Hmm...another year, another blog. So now I'm about to turn 21 (my birthday is May 29!) and do the quintessential thing and go spend it over in Las Vegas. Not with just friends, but with my family. Kinda lame, considering most 21st birthdays are spent with people your age, and not your parents. But they are funding my trip, so...
And besides, I can bring a friend. Not too bad, eh? I kinda want to bring a 21+ friend so I can go clubbing, but any friend will do. It's better to spend a birthday with a friend, than alone. 
That said, what else has happened in my life since I last blogged?Oh yes, how can I forget? 4 A's and 1 B- this semester!
My best semester so far at LMU! 3.74 GPA Betches! 
I got to meet Armin van Buuren, DJ Remy, and Breakfast in person. Too bad I couldn't get a proper picture with Breakfast since they were on my friend's camera that was lost.
I saw Ferry Corsten too the same night with Breakfast (April 12, 2008) at the Shrine. It was awesome, I even got to hear most of my song requests! (See my videos on youtube - search for "janeway529") I got to meet some forum members like Andrieux (Matt), Trudy and Michelle. Breakfast opened for Ferry and then during Ferry's set, Breakfast came down into the crowd and hanged out. I gave them both some "Stroopwafels" before they left. 
I met Armin and Remy 2 weeks ago, when they were in Hollywood to play at Vanguard on May 17th. Armin did an in-store signing at Virgin Megastore at Hollywood and Highland, but he didn't do a set. (You can see my pics.) I got to meet Jessica again there, and I got to meet Rukes for the first time too; really cool people.
I'm planning on going to summer school again at SMC and then I'm off to the Philippines again!
I haven't been there in almost 6 years! It really cool this time because my relatives from New Jersey and Texas will be there too! Then we're planning to visit my cousin in Macao, China. For those of you who are geographically challenged, Macao is a small island off the coast of Hong Kong, and is know as the gambling center/Las Vegas of Asia. My cousin's husband works there, so I'm going to see my niece for the first time, plus explore the island too! 
After that, I go home a week before school starts to get ready to move back in to my dorm. Senior year at LMU, here I come!
