Smoky, dark, seductive, and thought-provoking-American singer/songwriter Ilana Harkavy has certainly brought a new flavor to the music industry! Ilana has been a vocalist, writer, and pianist since she was five years of age. Ilana's extensive vocal training in jazz & pop, as well as ongoing songwriting & performance experience, have inspired her to pursue her passion of music full throttle!

Ilana's love for dance music has been a powerful force in her life since childhood. But it wasn't until late 2008 that she made her mark--collaborating with the trip-hop/fusion duo, Keep The Secrets from Seattle. Since then, Ilana has worked closely with some of dance music's most respected artists, including Woody Van Eyden, Chriss Ortega, and Noel Sanger, & Airbase. Ilana's newest inspiration is her group project with Adam Tas--"Gemini's Edge". Their first single, "Strange Love" was released October 2009 by Noel Sanger's label, Dissident Music, and debuted at Miami's WMC 2009 by Noel himself.

At the tender age of 21, Ilana is more than ready--2010 will be the launch of her career, as a feature for some highly recognized artists in the dance industry, as well as a new single from Gemini's Edge, "Save You" to be released Summer 2010! As well as crafting new pop and jazz tracks such as "Tell Me", Ilana has also began writing for some other up-and-coming pop vocalists such as Jennifer Theander. In May 2010 Ilana graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelors of Arts. She will now be pursuing her music fulltime!
