In the same way as the tunes of Seth Lakeman and Show of Hands summon up the West Country the songwriting of Ben and Alex bids East Anglia to tune. But this is no exercise in nostalgia, our history and heritage only inform these seven musicians whose modern indie folk rock sound may put you in mind of Mumford & Sons whilst leaving you in no doubt that they cut their own furrow."

Crumbs For Comfort are an Acoustic Indie Folk Rock band with harmonies, intricate wall of sound Keyboards, bass & rolling drums and percussion.
On July 10th Crumbs For Comfort performed at the O2 in London, as National Finalists of the 2010 Live and Unsigned competition, featuring a panel of judges that included: Noddy Holder, Shola Ama, Anne Nightingale MBE (Radio DJ), Alex Baker (Kerrang magazine) and Chris Grayston (Head of A&R at Future Music),

Very much an East Anglia regional band, with members from Norwich, Lowestoft, Ely, Dereham, Colchester & Gt Yarmouth.
The sound of Crumfort comes alive with driving original songs which regard the history and beauty of the region including "Lowestoft Bay", "In The Country", "Tide Song" and "The Geldeston Jig".
We also interpret a fresh selection of classic & modern songs including; Little Lion Man, Rabbit Heart (Raise it up), Kids (MGMT), I Predict a Riot, Mr Brightside, Bittersweet Symphony, Poison Prince, Running Up That Hill, Confide in Me, High & Dry, Subterranean Homesick Alien, What Goes Around, Big Love, Nights in White Satin, Sex on Fire, Thats Entertainment and many many more. ..
