Shortly after high school, I came to Vancouver from Saskatoon to play in a band and make records. I hung around Little Mountain Sound until somebody noticed me. Anyway, to make a long story short, as a result I joined the Payola$, Maurice and the Cliches, Barney Bentall and the Legendary Hearts, The Blue Shadows. Two decades later we had played everywhere, made gold, platinum and multi platinum records, had hits, won junos. But the best part was getting to know and play with the tremendous musicians that made up these groups. -
